Welcome to Project Reset, my digital journal documenting a personal journey of pausing, resetting, and rediscovering life.

I’m in my mid-30s, and for most of my career, I’ve worked as a web developer—a job I’ve enjoyed, but one that kept me on autopilot for far too long. I’ve been fortunate to reach a point in my life where I can take a step back, quit working for a whole year, and focus on something that often gets overlooked: myself.

This blog is my space to think out loud, share reflections, and keep track of this year-long experiment. It’s not perfect, polished, or pre-planned—just honest thoughts as I explore new things, face challenges, and learn along the way. One of my personal goals for this journey is to learn how to write. This blog is my practice ground, a place to improve, experiment, and grow in a skill I’ve never truly focused on before.

Why “Project Reset”?

I call this a project because, in many ways, I’m starting from scratch:

  • Pushing myself out of my comfort zone.
  • Finding joy in the process of simply doing and being.
  • Learning to live more intentionally, one step at a time.

Not everyone has the privilege to hit pause like this, and I don’t take that for granted. This blog is a way to share the thoughts, struggles, and progress that come with stepping off the traditional path—even if just for a little while.

I don’t have everything figured out yet—and that’s okay. This space will evolve as I do.

Who Am I?

For now, I’m just sebol—a curious individual on a mission to reset and rediscover what life can offer. I’m keeping things low-key and anonymous while I focus on the journey itself.

I don’t have strict plans about what I’ll write or how often I’ll post. This blog is a fluid space where I can document my journey, reflect, and share whatever feels meaningful in the moment.

Thank you for stopping by. Whether you’re here out of curiosity, inspiration, or just by chance, I hope my journey encourages you to embrace change, take a pause, and try something new.

Feel free to follow along, share your thoughts, or just say hello. Let’s see where this year takes us!
